COMBATTITUDE
COMBATTITUDE is a safe, non-militaristic fighting fitness program that focuses on one-on-one training. While non-contact, it includes offensive and defensive techniques such as punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and other authentic fighting techniques drawn from a variety of martial arts and self-defense styles. Weapons from different fighting arts, including sticks, staffs, swords, and daggers, are also incorporated into the training.
However, COMBATTITUDE offers much more than just physical technique. It’s designed to be a personal experience that focuses on YOU—helping you develop a unique skill set tailored to your personal style. The program offers a "Martial Arcade" for your mind, body, and spirit, where playful engagement enhances physical fitness, mental focus, and emotional well-being. The act of play stimulates creativity, reduces stress, and promotes both physical and mental agility, making this a full-body workout that not only challenges but rejuvenates.
